Use of this website is offered to you on your acceptance of these policies. Your use of this website or any content presented in in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement of these policies.If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access or use our information, services or website.

Ani-Mart Inc. have the right to modify, add or remove any terms and conditions without notice, and any changes shall be effective immediately.

Our goal is to distribute quality bird supplies.

Data

- We do not collect personally identifiable data about our visitors (unless an order is placed). Once an order is placed, the customer knowingly submit the data needed for order; address, phone number, email, first and last name.

- We do not transmit or gather any customer data to or from third parties. We collect your delivery information to process your order and nothing more.

- All prices are in canadian CAD

- We will ship your parcel mostly via Canada Post. Upon checkout you will be able to see the rates and choose your shipping preference. Addresses with PO Box will be shipped by Canada Post only as all other shipping companies require a valid street address. For apartment number, please provide clear information for courrier to deliver to you successfully.

Processing and delivery

- Please allow about two weeks for processing and delivery.

- Most orders deliver within 2 to 7 working days, after dispatch, with a few exceptions such as high volume times during holiday seasons, or inclement weather.

- free delivery is for retail items only and not applicable for oversized items.

Tracking

We will provide you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

- For all returns, you will need our written consent prior to sending us the goods. To obtain our written consent, email us at animartwebsite@gmail.com, and we will provide it to you.

- Open items will not be accepted without receipt and a valid reason.

- We cannot accept returns once item has been in your possession for more than 48 hours.

- If your item is damaged and you are requesting a refund, you must provide us with a picture of the damage, within 24 hours of reception.

- Returns will be at costumer's cost, but might be reimbursed depending on issue.
